Who we are
vardio.in is run by Vardio, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. By using this site or engaging us for work you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this site
The content on this site is for general information about our services. It is not a binding offer. Prices, timelines and offers shown here (including the Founding Partner Program) can change, and only apply once confirmed in writing for your business.
Do not misuse the site: no automated form submissions, attempts to break security, or scraping that disrupts the service.
Projects and services
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and timelines. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform (Meta, Google and others) unless agreed otherwise, and is separate from our fees.
Results such as enquiry numbers depend on your market, offer, budget and response times. Any guarantee we make is limited to what is written in your agreement, including its conditions and remedy.
Payments and cancellation
Invoices are due on the dates stated in your agreement. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Minimum commitments, notice periods and refunds are as stated in your agreement. Setup work already delivered is not refundable.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you (content, landing pages, custom code), except third-party tools, licensed assets and our pre-existing frameworks, which you receive a licence to use.
We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We provide the site as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the previous three months.
Privacy, changes and governing law
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction. Questions: vardioindia@gmail.com.
