When you submit the contact form we store your name, email address, and your message. If you fill in the optional fields we also store your phone number and business name.

If you join the Founding Partner waitlist we store your email address and, if you give it, your name.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or session recording on this site. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal identifiers. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Contact form submissions exist so we can reply to you. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to service your account. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Waitlist entries exist so we can contact you when a Founding Partner spot opens.

Enquiry data is stored in a PostgreSQL database and emailed to vardioindia@gmail.com using Resend, our transactional email provider. Both processors act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Our hosting and CDN provider processes request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) as part of serving the site. Those logs are not linked to your contact form submission.

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, because Indian tax and accounting rules require business records to be kept for that long.

Waitlist entries are deleted as soon as a spot opens and we have contacted you, or after 6 months of no response.

This site is published to be read by AI agents. We serve a markdown version of key public pages (Home, Grow, Build) to agent user-agents, and we publish an index at /llms.txt. The content served to an agent is the same public marketing content a browser receives.

We do not provide an agent with a way to read your enquiry history, our client records, or the internal operations console. Any tool we expose runs against public site data only.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email vardioindia@gmail.com and we will action the request within 30 days. There is no charge for this.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
